  • 10 Repairs Completed in 2026: Continuing critical repair efforts to keep neighbors safely housed.

  • 6 New Homes Planned (2026–2027): Partnering with INHP to expand affordable housing options

  • N.E.S.T. (Navigating Every Step Together): Connects expectant mothers and caregivers to maternal and infant health resources, serving immigrant families and local residents.

  • F.E.A.S.T. (Food Engagement & Access through Strategic Touchpoints): Expands access points to fresh, healthy food for households facing food insecurity and transit barriers.

  • H.E.A.R.T. (Housing Equity and Repair Transformation): Provides targeted home repairs that eliminate physical health hazards inside the home.
